Using Telegram's slow mode in groups is a feature that allows administrators to limit the message sending rate. This can be particularly useful for large groups where flooding happens often, such as large community discussions. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to enable this feature in Telegram.

Firstly, you need to create a Telegram account with a group that you want to restrict slow mode for. To start, open the Telegram app on your device, locate the group you want to configure slow mode for and open the group.
