What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

An Upgrade Pity is a product you can buy from the smithing NPC in Lost Ark. It increases the chance of an upgrade being successful by a certain percentage. It's similar to the "luck bonus" that some items offer, but it is more reliable. It can be added to any weapon or armor and can be used up to three times.

You can also add other materials to the upgrade to increase the chance of success. They are displayed in a window above the + button. There are however limitations to this, and the highest amount of material that can be added is shown directly above the + button in the UI.

Another way to increase the odds of an upgrade achieving success is to use an item called Blacksmith Blessing or an upgraded version of it. This item is useful if your weapon or piece is near or has reached the highest level of its level.
