But the Freo X Ultra has its faults, especially in terms of navigation. Its laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable as other robovacs. This means it sometimes gets stuck or confused in certain rooms or corners of the house. It's not able navigate stairs as well as some competitors, either, and it doesn't have an dock that allows you to set up an area for cleaning that is specifically designed for plush carpets.

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a great option for those looking for a vacuum robot that can do it all.

However, Robot Vacuum if you're looking to save some money or don't want to think about the limitations of this robot, there are plenty of other great choices on the market, including a lot of eufy models for substantially less. The Eufy Qrevo curv, for instance is less expensive and has more features, such as stairs and a fully-function Dock, with an improved overall experience when vacuuming on bare floors carpets, low-pile carpets as well as high-pile carpets.
